Support

Support email

Use info@teoriavalmis.fi for matters such as account deletion requests, checking a wrong licence category, access questions, data protection requests and Learning Guarantee matters.

For payment and invitation enquiries, state the order number and whether you are the buyer or learner. For a guardian’s purchase, payments and receipts belong to the buyer, and practice records belong to the learner. Do not send a password or payment card details.

For a Learning Guarantee request, state your driving licence category, the date and time of the official theory test, evidence of the failed result, the compensation requested and a short description of the topic or section where you need support. If you do not know the time, say so; the administrators will check practice completed before the test separately.

Cover your personal identity code and any other unnecessary identifiers before sending the attachment. Do not send questions, answer options or any other content from the official theory test.
