Free trial
The free trial is a separate option
The trial shows the real study experience without opening the whole question bank or the practice exam free of charge.
The seven-day free trial opens one theory section with its questions, two traffic sign sections and five picture questions. The trial does not turn into a paid plan and does not start a subscription.
The trial does not require card details. Other sections, other traffic sign practice, free practice and the Practice exam stay locked.
What opens
Know what the trial includes before you start
- One theory section
One theory section opens in full with its study materials and questions. You can see the topics of the other sections, and they open with full access.
- Two traffic sign sections and five picture questions
The traffic signs and picture questions are content for the licence category you chose, the same content that full access uses.
- Your chosen category is kept
When you move from the trial to the price list, you see the prices for the licence category you tried straight away.
- Your trial progress is kept
Materials you have read and questions you have answered during the trial are kept when you unlock full access for the same licence category.
Learning Guarantee
Learning Guarantee requests are handled by email
A Learning Guarantee request is sent to the support email info@teoriavalmis.fi. Requests cannot be sent through the app.
In your message, state your driving licence category, the date and time of the official theory test in Finnish time (Europe/Helsinki), evidence of the failed result, the compensation requested and a short description of the topic or section where you need support. If you do not know the time, say so, so that practice completed before the test can be checked.
Cover your personal identity code and any other unnecessary identifiers before sending the attachment. Do not send questions, answer options or any other content from the official theory test.
