  An account is required

  The free trial requires a signed-in account so that the selected licence category, trial access and progress can be saved.

  One category is locked to the account

  The category chosen for the trial is locked to this account. Administrators may correct the choice manually in a support case.

  One real section opens

  The seven-day trial opens one curated theory section of one selected licence category, with its study materials and Questions, two items of traffic sign content permitted for the category and five published picture exercises approved for the trial.

  Other content stays locked

  Other theory sections, other traffic sign practice, free practice and the Practice exam are part of access to the whole category. Protected content is not revealed in the locked structure.

When you receive a category licence for the whole category, you can use the guided study, practice, traffic sign practice, practice exam and progress tracking for the selected licence category to support your own theory test practice.

Access is personal. Account credentials may not be shared with another person, sold, rented out or used by a group, school or company without a separate agreement.

When you move from the trial to the price list, the selected licence category is carried over so that you can see the availability of that particular category. Paid access cannot currently be purchased on the website.

Permission for marketing emails is separate and voluntary. It is not a condition for creating an account, for the trial or for paid access.

The service does not currently send automated marketing emails or use lead scoring. Marketing permission is not a condition of the trial.

  Automated collection of practice questions, answers, explanations, study material or other protected practice content is prohibited.

  No copying outside the service

  Access is personal and intended for studying within the service. Without our written permission, protected questions, answers, explanations, images or study material may not be copied, downloaded, printed, photographed or saved outside the service, including for personal use. Automated or systematic collection, compiling your own material or question bank, sharing and republication are prohibited. We reserve the right to text and data mining of our protected content and its use for training AI models to the extent that the law allows such a reservation. This restriction does not cover technical copies required for normal use of the service, your own contract documents and receipts, or uses that cannot lawfully be restricted. It does not extend to legislation or other unprotected official material as such.

  Protected practice content may not be republished, shared publicly or used as content for other services.

  Protected practice content may not be used to build a competing service, product, question bank or practice system.

  No collection of official test content

  Questions, answer options or any other content from the official theory test may not be sent to Teoriavalmis.

When payments open, the payment facilitator is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, Finnish Business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment takes place in Visma Pay’s online service over an encrypted connection. VismaPay, Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy appears as the payment recipient on your bank statement. Visma Pay forwards the payment to the seller.

The purchase agreement is between the buyer and Dashie Labs Oy. The seller is responsible for the order, delivery of digital content, statutory liability for defects and complaints. For questions about the order, content or refunds, please contact the seller first: info@teoriavalmis.fi.

The payment methods planned for launch are online bank payments (OP, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, POP Pankki, S-Pankki and Ålandsbanken), card payments (Visa and Mastercard), MobilePay, Siirto, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are still closed. Card and mobile payments await merchant-specific activation by Visma Pay and verification that they work. The payment methods available for the order are shown at the Visma Pay payment stage before you approve payment.

Purchased access is delivered to the learner’s Teoriavalmis account, rather than by post. The agreement confirmation, purchased product and price are sent to the buyer’s confirmed email address.

Access opens when payment has been confirmed, the agreement confirmation has been delivered on a durable medium and the conditions for starting delivery are met. If you give both separate acknowledgements for immediate delivery, content opens once these conditions are met. Otherwise, delivery waits until the 14-day withdrawal period ends. For a guardian’s purchase, the learner must also redeem the single-use invitation within 14 days. If access does not open once the conditions are met, contact support with your order number.

If paid digital content is made available immediately after payment, you will be asked at the payment stage for an explicit request to start delivery immediately and for your acknowledgement of how this affects your right of withdrawal.

This acknowledgement is not hidden in the general terms of use; it is requested separately before payment.

The right of withdrawal ends when use of the first paid content begins only if the buyer’s express prior consent, acknowledgement of the loss of that right and confirmation on a durable medium are in place. Use begins when the learner opens paid study material, a practice task or a practice exam and the content is supplied for their use. Payment, signing in, activating access, redeeming an invitation, a free trial or technical preloading alone do not constitute this start of use. Without both approvals to start using the content, delivery waits until the withdrawal period ends. If the legal requirements are not met, the right is not denied on the basis of practice or the number of tasks completed.

You can give notice of withdrawal using the order’s Withdraw from contract function with a separate confirmation, or by emailing support at info@teoriavalmis.fi. Any other unequivocal notice is also accepted. You will receive an acknowledgement on a durable medium. Statutory liability for defects remains after the right of withdrawal ends. In the event of a defect, a correction, compensation, an agreed extension, a price reduction or termination and refund will be assessed. An extension is not imposed in place of statutory monetary compensation. The Learning Guarantee is handled separately.

1. What you need to doThe learner must meet all Learning Guarantee requirements before the start time of the official theory test. Work completed on the test day before the test starts also counts, using Finnish time (Europe/Helsinki). The requirements are: the theory and traffic-sign material for the purchased category read with the reading-time requirements met, every theory, traffic-sign and paid picture-practice task for that category answered correctly at least once, and two passed Practice exams. The passed exams do not need to be consecutive. The picture-practice requirement covers the entire paid practice bank, not the trial’s five pictures or every task in the separate exam pool. Once this exam target has been reached, later practice results do not remove the achievement. Paid access for the correct category must be valid on the test day.
2. What happens if you still fail the testIf the conditions are met and the official theory test is failed, the learner can choose either a refund of the purchase price paid or an extension of access together with a targeted review and support path.
3. How to send a requestA Learning Guarantee request is sent to the support email info@teoriavalmis.fi. Requests are not accepted through the app; the service has no separate request flow for this.
4. What the message should includeState your driving licence category, the date and time of the official theory test in Finnish time (Europe/Helsinki), evidence of the failed result, the compensation requested and one of the structured feedback categories. If you do not know the time, say so, so that practice completed before the test can be checked. You may optionally add a short description of the topic or section. Additional free-form feedback is not a condition for a refund.
5. What to coverCover your personal identity code and any other unnecessary identifiers before sending the attachment.
6. What is not requestedDo not send questions, answer options or any other content from the official theory test. The Learning Guarantee is not a promise that you will pass the official theory test.
