Tractor licence sources checked for masses and speed
The source references in the study material had gaps in the parts dealing with tractor masses and speed. The sources were checked and completed.
Coupling mass and wide tractors
In the Road Traffic Act, the definition of coupling mass (section 88) was reviewed, along with the parts of the annexes that cover the speed and the maximum permitted masses of a wide tractor.
Sixteen teaching points rest on these provisions, and each one was reread in full. One of them was made more precise so that it now mentions the exception for tractors used for road maintenance. The content of the others stayed the same.
